President's Welcome
"It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the web-site of the oldest established rugby club in the world, as we enter our 164th season. Although devoted mainly to the organisation of Medical and Dental Student rugby, the club enjoys huge support from qualified practitioners, many of whom continue playing after leaving the university.
"The club has a wealth of traditions, not all of them readily described in polite company. It has provided many County and National Representatives throughout it's long history, players who are a continuing source of pride and inspiration to the sides of today.
"We are always seeking support and interest from outside the Medical and Dental School and associated hospitals so please don't hesitate to contact us".
